We’re thrilled to release our 2024 Impact Report, celebrating the incredible achievements of our employee-volunteers, members, and community partners who helped make York a better place this year!

What did we achieve in 2024?

• Over 1,990 employee-volunteers gave their time, contributing more than 9,150 hours through our programmes.
• Collectively, our members gave over 1,220 working days to support York’s communities.
• Our campaigns saw the donation of more than 6,200 essential items to those who need them most.
• Over 1,500 pupils took part in Aspirations activities, expanding their horizons and raising their aspirations.
• 110 teams rolled up their sleeves for a Community Challenge, making a tangible impact across the city.
• We hosted 28 Social Clubs, bringing people together and helping to reduce loneliness and social isolation.

We are incredibly proud of the difference we’ve made together and grateful to our amazing employer members and volunteers.
